Aly & Fila: “Stop the negative vibes in our scene”

Keeping the flame of trance music burning bright and strong for over a decade, Fadi from Aly & Fila shared his opinion on Trance returning to the commercial spotlight during today’s episode of ASOT.

After his incredible guest mix on the show at the new radio studio in Amsterdam, Armin van Buuren interviewed the Egyptian legend, asking for his thoughts on the current resurgence of Trance.

“I think Trance was always doing really good, really great to be honest, I’ve seen it for more than ten years now, I’ve been touring every week, going to clubs, festivals and it’s sold out or you have a really huge amount atleast, now it’s coming more commercial again, more people are interested in Trance, in a commercial sense, which is a great thing, an amazing thing!” Fadi responded.

During the interview, Fadi also spoke to Armin about the new Aly & Fila studio album, aimed to be released mid 2017 and announced a new world tour, FSOE 500, which kicks off later this year.

Before the interview came to a close, the legendary act had some final words for the scene: “I just want to say something . . . I just want to hope that everyone stays positive and stop the negative vibes in our scene.”
