John O’Callaghan: “The Subculture Australia tour is a giant milestone”

With John O’Callaghan’s tour ready to kick off within a matter of weeks, Subculture Australia is about to be one of the hottest parties of the year.

From October 2 – 4, three venues across Australia will be jam-packed with trance music lovers, partying to the beats of those artists that you’re dying to see perform live. Of course, we’re talking about Simon Patterson, Bryan Kearney, Sneijder, John Askew, Will Atkinson, Blazer, and the king of Subculture himself, John O’Callaghan.

High quality trance is the main focus of John O’Callaghan’s Subculture label and he recently spoke to The Trance Project about the upcoming tour:

“The upcoming Subculture Australia tour is a giant milestone for all of us involved in genuine trance music. We have been travelling to Australia for years and years, playing the trance music we believe in, avoiding the commercial rubbish, and sticking to what we love. That has finally all come full circle and the support the true trance fans have shown us is just unbelievable. We can’t wait for this!” he said.

John O’Callaghan is the pride of Ireland. Being one of the few that helped shape the genre into all it is now, no one can doubt the influence of a man this versatile. Responsible for creating some of the defining sounds and biggest tracks of recent times, ranging from top notch Trancers ‘Big Sky’, ‘Find Yourself’, ‘Stay With Me’, ‘Save This Moment’, and ‘Never Fade Away’ to the more recent ‘Aldephos’. We are excited to welcome John O’Callaghan back to our shores this October.
