Trance veterans Gabriel & Dresden to drop first album in 11 years

Gabriel & Dresden fans rejoice!

Gabriel & Dresden will release their new album ‘The Only Road’ on December 15 via Anjunabeats.

The album will be the duo’s first studio effort since 2006’s self-titled debut album, and they plan on going back to their trance roots, releasing singles with meaningful lyrics that reflect on the ups and downs of life and the world.

Funded by fans via a successful Kickstarter campaign, ‘The Only Road’ features singles ‘This Love Kills Me’, ‘White Walls’ and ‘Waiting For Winter’, unlocking a promise, telling us that there’s many more good things to come from these gifted producers.

Gabriel & Dresden formed in 2001 and quickly gained notoriety for both their productions and DJing, scoring hits such as ‘As The Rush Comes’ (as Motorcycle), ‘Zocalo’ with Armin van Buuren and ‘Tracking Treasure Down’, just to name a few.

“Melody and emotion are making a comeback and it has us excited!” Gabriel & Dresden said around the time of their Kickstarter campaign, which gained 700 backers.

“With this album we wanted to try something different and make it with a direct connection to our fans, involving them in the entire process of making it. We are extremely excited to have this opportunity to get back in the studio and do what we love,” they said.

The duo recently performed at The O2 in London with Above & Beyond, dropping new material from their upcoming album, and fans can now pre-order on iTunes with 3 instant gratification tracks available for download right away.
