Due to the incredible demand for the Acoustic show in the US and Europe, Above & Beyond are thrilled to announce the addition of a second show at the Sydney Opera House, an afternoon matinee and an evening performance, both on Monday June 6.
Earlier this year, in front of a sold-out crowd at Sydney’s Allphones Arena, Above & Beyond announced the return of their acoustic show to some of the world’s most iconic venues in 2016. Little did we know, plans were already well underway to bring the tour to our glorious harbour.
Above & Beyond, one of the UK’s biggest dance acts, have confirmed they will be playing two acoustic shows at the Sydney Opera House on Monday 6 June, 2016.
“We had so much fun doing the first run of acoustic shows and it was really the reaction from our fans that convinced us to tour it more extensively. We’ve ticked some pretty impressive venue boxes with this tour – somebody pinch us!” Above & Beyond on the return of their acoustic show.
Performing the trio’s best loved songs and re-imagining them as rich orchestral acoustic arrangements, ‘Above & Beyond Acoustic II’ promises to be an unforgettable show. In support of their new album, the upcoming tour will also reach Chicago, Berkeley, London, Toronto, Boston, New York, Los Angeles and Honolulu. Fans can pre-order the ‘Acoustic II’ CD here.
