Above & Beyond sadly lose Best Dance Recording Grammy to Skrillex and Diplo

We’re still proud of our favourite trio!

The 2016 Grammys have kicked off and Above & Beyond were nominated for a Grammy in the category Best Dance Recording with the single “We’re All We Need” feat. Zoë Johnston.

“Where Are You Now” — Skrillex & Diplo featuring Justin Bieber won the Grammy for Best Dance Recording, beating Above & Beyond and three other nominees during the awards ceremony in Los Angeles.

Produced together with Andrew Bayer, the hit single was also up against Galantis (“Runaway (U&I)”), The Chemical Brothers featuring Q-Tip (“Go”) and Flying Lotus featuring Kendrick Lamar (“Never Catch Me”).

Only one artist got to take home a Grammy while the others … will most likely still have successful careers, as well.
