Another update on Paul van Dyk’s current condition in hospital

Paul van Dyk ‘fully conscious’ after plunging to the ground during ASOT Festival Utrecht

“Thank you for continuing to send us so many messages of love and support for Paul,” Paul van Dyk’s management said via Facebook today.

Legendary DJ Paul van Dyk is still in hospital under observation and in stable condition after plunging to the ground during his performance on the main stage at A State Of Trance Festival in Utrecht, Netherlands.

“What he needs now is rest. We will provide another update after the next evaluation by the medical experts towards the end of this week,” his management continues.

A video has emerged of the exact moment when the fall occurred and shows Paul van Dyk loosing his balance after walking in front of the DJ decks to greet fans from that angle.

The king of ASOT, Armin van Buuren also took to Facebook to share his relief on Paul’s condition.

“I’m so happy that Paul is in a stable condition now. I hope he recovers to full health soon. I wish him all the best!” he says.

It’s amazing to see the online support he’s been receiving from fans in Australia and across the world, and his industry peers – from beautiful tweets to messages of hope on Facebook, he’s lucky to have such amazing support.

Stay strong Paul!

Thank you for continuing to send us so many messages of love and support for Paul. Paul is in the hospital in stable…
