During today’s new episode of ASOT, Armin van Buuren announced the venue for his massive ASOT 950 show in London.
We all experienced some of the most unforgettable moments with the A State Of Trance events, and on Friday August 28, Armin van Buuren will take his massive ASOT festival to Clapham Common, London as part of his ASOT 950 celebration world tour.
But many fans aren’t quite happy with the choice of date and venue.
“Quite possibly the worst location and sound system and for those going to Creamfields it becomes totally impossible. This should have been an inside event at Wembley arena or similar. Such a shame but will be going to Creamfields anyway,” one wrote on the Facebook event page.
“Such a massive disappointment, the worst possible venue, sound system is the worst I’ve ever heard at any event, hope you listen to the fans and change it,” another fan shared.
“Tagging onto SW4 what a poorly planned cop out excuse. ASOT the most amazing event in the world known for its sound and visuals. Im so angry at this choice of venue. What a crap idea. They will use the same tents and visuals as SW4 which are always a let down. Theres little atmosphere there. Seems London gets the bad deal. Been waiting forever for this event as well. So sad,” another fan also commented on the event page.
Reacting to the announcement, another fan wrote: “Oh dear! The sound is going to be awful, shocking choice.”
With many fans disappointed, let’s hope they receive a killer lineup to make up for it – the full lineup will be announced real soon!
