After weeks of news reports and speculation, EDC Las Vegas organisers have officially announced the postponement of their huge 2020 edition, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Organisers of EDC Las Vegas, where thousands of festival goers from more than a hundred different countries unite, have officially postponed this year’s massive edition at Las Vegas Motor Speedway from May 15 – 17, 2020 to October 2 – 4, 2020!
“Nothing changes but the date,” Insomniac founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella said in a statement today throughout his social media channels.
“The team and I took every single factor into consideration: weather, hotel rates, talent availability, coordination with the Speedway and local officials, and most importantly, a date that would give us enough time for things to get back to normal so we can all can come back stronger than ever,” he said.
Surrounded with carnival rides, art installations, performers, dancers, and the most stunning decor, revellers will be parting to the biggest names in electronic dance and Trance music including Aly & Fila, Key4050, Giuseppe Ottaviani Live 3.0, Andrew Rayel, Gouryella 2.0, Grum, Abraxis, ilan Bluestone, Kai Tracid, NWYR, Ben Nicky pres. Xtreme, Arty, Jason Ross, Vini Vici and Andrew Bayer.
The Trance-heavy lineup also features Paul van Dyk, Billy Gillies, Ahmed Romel, Cosmic Gate, Pierre Pienaar, Alessandra Roncone, Pathfinders and Markus Schulz will perform a special ‘In Search Of Sunrise’ set.
