Dash Berlin had been due to perform at ASOT 850 in Gliwice, Poland today, but has had to cancel his much-anticipated performance due to health issues.
A statement posted on social media explained: “Due to health issues, we regret to inform you that Dash Berlin is not able to come to the show tonight. He is sorry to disappoint you and would have loved to come and see you all! We wish him all the best!”
After a period of silence away from the Trance scene, the ‘Waiting’ and ‘Man On The Run’ hit-maker was set to return to the ASOT stage with a classics set, bringing fans a rotation of chart-topping Trance hits and fan favourites.
ASOT organisers did not share further details regarding the health concerns, but fans have already started to share their love on social media. One fan took to Twitter to write: “Health is always more important than anything else and we understand that. Get well soon Dash!”
Another wrote: “Although I was looking forward to this, I sincerely wish that Dash Berlin has a speedy recovery to tip-top health!”
Armin van Buuren will be replacing Dash Berlin’s set, extended his performance to 3 hours, with the first 30 minutes of his set broadcasted live on Facebook later today.
