Luminosity Beach Festival is the latest festival getting postponed again due to the ongoing pandemic.

Last year, organisers of the much-loved festival had to postpone the much-anticipated edition and was rescheduled to June 2021. Once again, organisers has now had to push forward the shows to June 23 – 26, 2022 at Bernie’s Beachclub in Zandvoort, due to the current global situation.

“Unfortunately this will be the 2nd year in a row that we can’t hold our beloved Beach Festival, so as you can imagine, we are extremely gutted that we have to bring you this news. Of course the health and safety of all our visitors is our main priority, but it still was a very difficult decision to make,” Luminosity Beach Festival wrote in a statement throughout social media today.

Purchased tickets in 2020 and 2021 will remain valid for the respective dates for the shows in 2022 and there will be a refund option in the next few weeks for those who will no longer be able to attend.

“We are aiming on keeping the line up the same for the 2022 edition, but of course we depend on the availability and schedules from all artists involved. We’re not expecting many difficulties though, so hopefully we can present you the exact same line up as we had in mind for this year’s Luminosity Beach Festival for all of you! Fingers crossed!”

Throughout the years, Luminosity has grown to become one of the world’s leading Trance music festival experiences, and over 100 Trance acts were scheduled to play including Aly & Fila, Key4050, Markus Schulz, Giuseppe Ottaviani 3.0, Factor B, Sneijder, The Space Brothers, John Askew, Paul van Dyk, Menno de Jong, Ferry Corsten, Gabriel & Dresden, Darren Porter, Lostly, John 00 Fleming, Solarstone, Orkidea and more.

“We’re keeping our heads up and we know that the 2022 edition that will be extra special and one that we will remember forever! We can’t wait!”
