We value our readers, customers and their right to keep their personal information Private. This Statement has been prepared to provide disclosure on how we gather and use your information.

Collecting information on ‘The Trance Project’ users.
The Trance Project collects non-personal information on Site visits including, without limitation, which sections of the Site are most frequently visited, how often, and for how long. This data is always used as aggregated, non-personal information, and may be shared with The Trance Project’ partners to provide them with information relating to how The Trance Project visitors ‘use’ the Site. This is done for the purpose of website design by measuring website accessibility and ease of navigation and maintenance.

IP Addresses
The Trance Project web servers gather your IP address to assist with the diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services, and to monitor the use of our Site.

Third Party
In order to better understand our users, The Trance Project utilises a third party measurement company, Google Analytics to assess Site traffic. A tracking code is used to collect the following information on the usage of the Site:

      • The number of page views (or page impressions) that occur on The Trance Project;

      • How long these unique visitors (on average) spend on The Trance Project when they do visit; and

Online Purchases
Making an online purchase in The Trance Project shop does not require registration. Purchases do require users to complete mandatory fields (First name, Last Name, Address, Phone and Email) so that we can identify and contact the client.

The Trance Project will store your purchase information for seven years for tax reasons.

Telephone/Cellular and Email communications from Divine Healing and Guidance
If you use one of our contact us features or make a purchase on our website, The Trance Project may contact you via Telephone, Cellular (SMS) or Email to either;
