Trance hero Solarstone had been due to perform at Dreamstate and It’s A Fine Day festival this weekend in Australia, but has had to cancel all his performances due to difficult family circumstances.
A statement posted on his Twitter & Faceook page explained: “Apologies to everyone hoping to hear me play in Australia over the New Year, but difficult family circumstances mean I have had to cancel my flight & stay close to home. Hopefully I’ll be back in Australia at some point in 2018. Thanks for understanding.”
Organisers have just announced new set times for both festivals. Paul van Dyk’s set at Dreamstate NYE 2017 has been extended to an extra 30 minutes and Cold Blue will perform a special back-to-back set with Australia’s Factor B to close off the night and blow the roof off the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney.
Paul van Dyk will be playing 2 hours at It’s A Fine Day NYD 2018 festival in Melbourne and Cold Blue will once again join Factor B on stage for a second back-to-back performance. See full set times for both festivals below.
