Solarstone’s Signature ‘Pure Trance’ Sound Returns this March

I Like It Pure

Richard Mowatt aka Solarstone is responsible for some of the biggest classics in EDM history. The UK producer/DJ didn’t only bring us the seminal classics ‘Solarcoaster’, ‘Like A Waterfall’ and ‘Jump The Next Train’ plus more recent anthems ‘The Spell’, ‘Fireisland’ & ‘Jewel’; he’s also one of the masterminds (together with Andy Bury) behind ‘Seven Cities’ – an all-time favourite that won’t fade anytime soon.

Handling the original stems with care, Solarstone has now given the indie-rock track, ‘Flying’ by Silvermine (Chris Querido & Betsie Larkin) a Pure Trance upgrade, injecting that push of energy.

Solarstone’s ‘Pure Mix’ was one of the highlights of the critically acclaimed ‘Pure Trance Vol. III’ compilation and was recorded after Richard fell in love with this previously unreleased song, hearing it courtesy of Betsie.

Now, the full-length version of Solarstone’s remix is available for the first time.

Out now on Beatport here.
