Stereosonic 2014 Trance Lineup: 10 Predictions

New World Punx

Who will it be? New World Punx? Bryan Kearney? Stereosonic will announce its 2014 lineup next week and we’ve got our predictions below.

The complete line up will be announced on Tuesday July 29 at 8pm.

New World Punx
Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz create an utterly different world when they team up as New World Punx. The NWP sound is harder, more driving and more aggressive than the melodic, euphoric style of soaring trance. The NWP show is something Australian fans have come to demand!

Andrew Rayel has positioned himself to be one of the most influential producers in the trance game. He’s the pride of Moldova, known for his unique and very own sound. Will the modern-day Mozart return to Stereosonic this year?

Master craftsman of melancholic melody and the purveyor of razor sharp edges – he is Simon Patterson. Psymon is definitely Stereosonic material. #Psymon

Max Graham needs no introduction, with trance hits like ‘Sun in the Winter’ and ‘The Evil ID’. His legendary DJ sets prove that he knows how to make, play, and find special records that get the dance floor moving.

When it comes to Jordan’s diary it reads like a ‘Most Wanted’ list – Global Gathering, Creamfields, EDC Las Vegas, EDC UK, TomorrowWorld, FSOE 350, Cream Ibiza, Gatecrasher Ibiza. Jordan Suckley would be a worthy addition.

Bryan Kearney Stereosonic 2014
You can’t go past Bryan Kearney – who’s the name on everybody’s ‘Stereosonic wish list’ at the moment. Over the years Bryan has honed his DJing skills by taking his experiences from the dance floor into the DJ box. His current demand is at an all-time high and this is evident from the diversity in location of his appearances.

Armin van Buuren. Benno de Goeij. GAIA debut At Stereosonic would be legendary! Did you catch GAIA’s first appearance to thousands of screaming fans at the final show of ASOT 650 ‘New Horizons’ at #UMF2014, Miami?

Oakenfold’s stature as a DJ and entertainer has taken him beyond the normal club and festival circuit, playing landmark gigs that have changed the face of electronic music. Highlights include performing physically on the Great Wall of China and two sold out dates playing to 30,000 people at the Hollywood Bowl in California.

He has written and produced some of the most enduring and haunting trance tunes of the last decade: Offshore, Halcyon, Don’t Give Up, Stoned in Love, Saltwater. People have anchored life memories to Chicane songs. We’d definitely welcome Chicane in Australia.
