What kind of experience will you be creating for trance lovers at Subculture Melbourne this year? What can we expect production-wise?

We came into this years Subculture with a clear vision in mind:  Construct one of the biggest structures inside Hisense Arena and provide our patrons with an ‘out of this world’ experience.

What’s the inspiration for this year’s stage design?

This years stage and theme design is inspired from the Terminator and Blade Runner series. Entering the event, patrons are drawn into a dark and dystopian world.

How important do you think the visuals are?

Richard De Souza from MNVR has been touring under the Subculture brand for the last year along with visually creating the identity of Key4050. The stage design will complement the intensely vivid visuals inspired from all corners of the science fiction universe.

What makes Subculture unique?

Besides the multiple Australian & World exclusive performers on this years exclusive Australian show, we hope to provide everyone with a incredible journey and a lasting memory that will be remembered with each passing Subculture event. This will be Evolutions third Subculture event held at Hisense. With tickets close to completing selling out and the hype of the show building from all parts of the nation. We look forward to unleashing what will be the most unrestricted and raw event for the trance masses in 2018.
