Terms & Conditions: Win 1 of 4 double passes to Altitude in your city
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is The Trance Project.
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
2. Entrants may enter once a day during the competition period.
3. Employees and their immediate families of The Trance Project and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
4. The competition period will be from 10am AEST 20/05/2016 to 11.59pm AEST 29/05/2016
5. To enter entrants must answer the following question in twenty-five words or less: “why do you love MaRLo’s sound?”.
6. The 4 competition winners will be chosen on the following business day at 10am.
7. Winners will have 1 week to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will result in a competition re-draw 1 week after.
8. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
9. All entries are taken online via www.thetranceproject.com.au/win-a-double-pass-to-altitude-marlo.
10. Unless otherwise agreed, any personal or confidential information submitted to The Trance Project by any person in the course of entering or being otherwise, involved in this competition such as name, address, telephone number will be treated in accordance with The Trance Project’s Privacy Policy.
Prizes
11. Four (4) Double Passes to Altitude to be won. Each prize includes; One (1) Double Pass (admits two) for the Altitude show in the winner’s city. The Double Pass is not a hard copy ticket. You will be placed on a guest list. Winners will be asked to supply their full names (as written on their I.D’s) which will be added to the guest list.
12. Prize is not redeemable for cash. If the prize winner is unable to accept the prize on the event date, the prize is not transferrable.
13. In participating in the prize, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to their competition answer, full name and state being published in an upcoming feature article on www.thetranceproject.com.au.
14.In participating in the prize, the winners agree to subscribe to The Trance Project’s e-newsletter.
How to win
15. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be entered.
16. This Competition is a game of skill and all winners will be selected by appropriately qualified judges on the quality and creativity of their entries.
17. The prize winners will be notified by email on 30/05/2016 and be announced on The Trance Project’s Facebook page on 30/05/2016.
18. All reasonable effort will be made to locate the winners.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
No liability
20. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
21. The Trance Project and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a. during judging;
b. in the participation in any prize;
c. as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d. due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
e. due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
22. The Trance Project and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
23. If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation.
