Exis on the inspiration behind his new Trance top 20 hit, ‘Mantra’

‘Mantra’ is a club-wrecking tune like no other.

“In the end I stayed with an Indian theme hence the title ‘Mantra’,” Exis exclusively told The trance Project.

Reaching #19 on Beatport’s Trance Top 100, ‘Mantra’ is the brainchild of Australia’s Exis, which marks his return to the Who’s Afraid Of 138?! imprint. ‘Mantra’ is another gargantuan creation and the local legend spoke to The Trance Project about the inspiration behind his top 20 hit.

“I was really loving Indian vocals at the time and I found these awesome vocals digging deep through my sample collection. As soon as I found these particular ones I knew I had to make it into a track. The breakdown took me the longest as I struggled to come up with a cool idea. In the end I stayed with an Indian theme hence the title ‘Mantra’,” Exis said.

Blending huge amounts of power with an enthralling atmosphere, his latest production entails all you love about Melbourne’s very own Exis.
