Armin van Buuren has just confirmed that the legendary Paul van Dyk has been taken to hospital after falling off the stage during his ASOT Festival performance in Utrecht.
Armin was scheduled to play a special vinyl set after Paul but has also announced he will not continue with the set.
“Thoughts go out to Paul right now, he’s been taken to hospital to get the best treatment, all I can do from this point is to wish Paul all the best and I hope you guys understand that I’m not in the mood right now to play the vinyl set. Out of respect to Paul van Dyk, we’ll just play the sets of the other stages on the live stream. We wish Paul well and thank you for understanding,” Armin van Buuren just announced on the livestream.
